As a principal of Voluntary Benefits at Work, Tonya Lancaster manages the implementation and enrollment processes for the company. She has 10+ years of experience in sales, implementation, and enrollment of voluntary benefits.
Brian and Tonya began their insurance careers working for some of the largest carriers in the voluntary benefits arena. Realizing the changes in the marketplace, they opened their own agency and created Voluntary Benefits at Work.
